Situated in an established tree-lined neighborhood, the house is both timeless and purposeful. Rooted in classical proportions yet tailored for modern living, the home features fine molding detail throughout. A challenge of the lot, - long but narrow, - was met by the house's footprint being C-shaped with a central courtyard. This allowed natural light into the house's mid-section interior. The result is the creation of a light, warm and inviting interior.

In several locations, the interior sequence of spaces create lines-of-sight through multiple rooms ending in focal points windows.

A semi-circular breakfast nook acts as a gravitational hub and features a curved banquette along with curved glass window sashes.
